1. Process-based Quality Supervision


Our quality control work runs throughout the entire product lifecycle, covering three key stages, to eliminate quality risks from the source:

Pre-production Inspection (PPI): Before large-scale production, we conduct strict inspections of raw materials (such as high-quality steel, aluminum alloys, and other metal materials). We verify the material certificates, conduct professional tests to check the physical properties (hardness, ductility) and chemical composition of the materials, and only approve qualified raw materials to enter the production line.

Production Process Quality Control (IPQC): During the manufacturing process, our on-site quality control inspectors conduct real-time sampling and inspections at key process nodes (including cutting, welding, bending, surface treatment, and assembly). They use standardized checklists to monitor dimensional accuracy (tolerance control of ±0.1 millimeters), welding strength, surface smoothness, and coating uniformity, ensuring that each process meets the pre-set quality standards.

Final Inspection Before Delivery (FQC): After production is completed, each finished product undergoes 100% comprehensive inspection. This includes appearance inspection (checking for scratches, color differences, or deformation), functional testing (verifying load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance, and structural stability), and size. Only products that pass all inspection items will receive a "Qualified Quality Certificate" and be allowed for packaging and delivery.

2. Professional Testing Equipment


To ensure the accuracy and reliability of quality testing, the company has invested in a batch of advanced testing equipment, including;

Coating Thickness Measuring Instrument, used to ensure the uniformity and durability of surface coatings (such as powder coatings and galvanization);

Pulling Testers, used to test the firmness of connections (for example, between mesh and frame, between columns and bases);

Salt Spray Test Chambers, used to simulate harsh environments and verify the corrosion resistance of products (in accordance with international standards, such as ASTM B117);
